Project Description:  Okeechobee Crossings, Fort Pierce, Florida, April 2006 to February 2009. A 7.5-acre Commercial Center constructed at the gateway to the City of Fort Pierce.  Project management from conceptual through construction including turn lanes and drive-thru lanes, Florida Department of Transportation access, North St. Lucie River Water Control District permitting, South Florida Water Management District permitting, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection permitting.  Project tasks included the planning, design, permitting, and construction services and was completed within budget and on schedule.

Project Description: Hispana Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, March 2009 to July 2009 –
This project involved drainage retrofit for an existing residential street within the City of Fort Pierce.  The existing swale system was completely filled in during the course of the last 25 years and needed a complete overhaul.  Project design included some curbing, many driveway culverts with additional drainage structure design and piping.  We avoided pavement rehabilitation to keep costs at a minimum.

Project Name: Tradition Operable Structures

Project Description: Tradition Operable Structures.  Project included the modeling of multiple operable control structures. The intent was to lower the control elevation one foot in the wake of an approaching hurricane or predicted heavy rainfall event.  Many ADICPR modeling scenarios were run and final recommendations given to the Tradition Community Development District for implementation.
