EDC, Inc., a division of Haley Ward, was established in 2003, incorporated in St. Lucie County, FL, withoffices located in Port Saint Lucie, FL and in Melbourne, FL. We hold occupational licenses in areas throughout our region. Our staff consists of professional engineers, professional surveyors, biologists, environmental scientists, certified planners, engineering interns, survey technicians, CAD technicians, project coordinators other management and clerical staff. We bring hundred of years of experience collectively, in the local municipalities and governments and the private sectors.
